The CFPA will set up a selection panel to evaluate the bid documents accepted. The selection panel will consist of 15 members, including three CFPA officers, three experts, the directors of PADO offices in both Fuzhou and Ganzhou prefectures of Jiangxi, PADO directors from each project county, and 5 NGO representatives.
